If it's for a clothing brand, this logo is very bad. I imagine you spent a lot of time on it (as i would do to produce that :-D)
IMHO you should pay a designer to do it, because a logo for a clothing brand must be design !
Yes, what is the sheild with the 4 lines and the 2 M's meant to represent? It's a start, but it needs a lot of work...
