Hi there
I am looking for a graphic designer that can create a 20mm deep by 86mm wide "banner".
"Banner" might not be the correct term as it is actually for a print ad that will be placed in a commercial glossy magazine. Therefore the image needs to be 300 dpi or greater and must either be in jpeg, giff, tiff or pdf format.

The ad needs to visually capture a reader when he/she pages through the mag and will make them look at the ad, and the end result obviously having the reader visit my site.
The graphics need to be that representing Flight Simulator (See Microsofts Flight Sim X for ideas) and the text needs to be something like:
Forums * Downloads * Reviews

Unfortunately on a very tight budget, so can pay approx $20 via paypal. (Its a small ad!)
