Need flash help: will pay

Hello....anybody out there to help with a flash design


This is essentially a header logo. I think it needs to be fairly close to a regular 468x60 banner, but that's not an exact requirement. I have come up with a couple of graphics that are something I like, but they seem clunky and clipartish - which is a reflection of my lack of skill - not my lack of taste. In any event, here are the samples:

I also want it animated. Not with flying stuff so much, but more in-place echoing... something like the header graphic here:

Of course, this one has a US flag at the end which would wave once. I also like that the animation on the greaterlouisville.com replays on mouseover, but that's optional I suppose. And finally, I will need the fla file so I can change the "USA" part of the image and the flag.
