I think it's cute. Although the right side is a little busy. I would take out the blue ray & yellow halo to see how it looks.

But IE seems to have some problems showing the website as it should be, no problems in Firefox though

Good Luck with the site, Overall its nice logo,

I think you have too much happening on right side.... too many items and too many colours fighting for attention. Remember less is more.

The "guy" with the halo looks like he is mad or something. The hard-thick-line for the eyebrow could be softer and rounder to give a feeling of more sorrow.

the logo concept is cute, i think the circles are too dark and don't work with the pencil like cartoonish wings and clouds. I'm not a fan of the glossy text anywhere, but here, also not working with the style of icon. The concept again is cute,perhaps have someone redraw it for you.

The logo is too busy and cluttered and the site doesn't look sophisticated enough IMO.

The whole blue and orange theme with the web 2.0 reflection has been done to death (excuse the pun). Plus you've got a mish mash of fonts and colours that just don't seem to suit the type of site we are looking at.

Check out doggyheaven.com to get an idea of what I am talking about

It's not my site, but it's a domain I tried to buy at one point to do something almost exactly the same, and I am quite pleased to see the owner did it justice.

i have to say also the graphic is a bit 'busy'. i think you could do with just a single cloud, rather than multiple clouds with different line thicknesses trying to show depth, they are making it look a little too cartoonish for my eye. i would try framing it so the angel is hovering either just in front of or just over a single large cloud as a backdrop instead.

great concept for a site though. good luck with it
