Another Redirect Question

I know redirects have been covered a lot, but I just want to make sure I'm absolutely clear on this.

I have a site that I want to move to a new domain. I've submitted a sitemap, through Google webmaster tools, and the current site is indexed. If I do a 301 redirect and submit a new sitemap under the new domain name, is Google going to get offended and think there's duplicate content?

If you do not have thousands of pages on your site, do a 301 redirect for each separate page on the site. Then you should have no problem with the site maps as described or with duplicate content.

Right on the money..... If you can, it's best to redirect all the individual pages.... This can be done easily in htaccess file if your on a linux machine.
