Not bad.

I think it could be improved by having a keyword-rich description/intro at the top of every page. Basically just summarize what is going to be on the page. Write it well, and use plenty of keywords and I think this could only help.

I noticed you're using more than one font. How about just making it all Verdana?

I am sorry to say so, but I would say the on page factors are 3/10 and off page factors are ofcourse 1/10. Just an FYI. Based on my quick 2 minute analysis. No offense.

Make sure you have all your meta tags setup correctly. Put keywords in your image alt variables, use comments and try to get as many inbound links as you can.

that was just a free online at submitexpress.com I have a custom software I use for my websites to track linking, google pr, site strucutre, ranking reports, and content relevency but the reports it makes are html format I couldn't figure out how to just copy and past a report here.
