Hi
i just build a new site http://www.hotwebtools.com and are looking for link exchange.

My site offer :
1. Link popularity check
2. Pagerank checker
3. Multiple domain lookup
4. Free forum
5. Free hosting
6. Free e-card
7. Web crawler
8. Meta tag generator
9. Broken link checker
10. Whois checker
11. Free web counter
12. Search engine position report

I dont have a link directory, so, every partner will be placed on the bottom of the page. It is 100% visible to visitors and are available throughout the entire site. In return, I want my link visible and has to be placed at least at your homepage.

If you have a site that is related to webmaster and has a quality content or high PR, feel free to contact me.

Currently there are 4 scripts under development. There are:
1) keyword density checker
2) PHP bible
3) PHP tutorial
4) keyword generator

**I spent months building this site, i beleive it should has decent layout and are useful. So, i expect some site that has a decent content too.
