If I transfer a domain from Netsol to GoDaddy and then back to Netsol so that i can register the domain for 10 years
At Godaddy 10 years costs $39

No, there will be no effect on your pagerank.
To be safe you should keep the main registration info as similar as possible. Unless you are really unlucky and Google decides to respider you and checks your info out - which shouldn't happen too often - then you'll be 100% okay.
Personally I think it's debatable whether changing registrars has any negative long-term effects. I believe it's changing the ownership information that causes issues. Again - these are just my opinions.
