Hi guys!

Here is what is bugging me. I have a domain name which has PR2. Now i am setting up a store on that domain and the store ends with shop.php meaning that it is not directly on my domain..
mydomain.com has PR2
mydomain.com/shop.php has PR0 and that is where the shop is.. Could i do anything (like a redirect or something) so that the store would be on mydomain.com and have the PR2?

Now i have to make a redirect from mydomain.com to mydomain.com/shop.php so that the visitors dont come to a blank page.. Another problem is that i have a SEO script with mod_rewrite which rewrites mydomain.com/shop.php to mydomain.com/home and it kinda looks silly that at first you come to /shop.php and then when you click home you get to /home.

How about backlinks? Where should they point to? mydomain.com, mydomain.com/shop.php or mydomain.com/home?

Also SEO wise, does it matter if you have .html on the ended or is it better to have nothing or it does not matter at all?

Well i got quite a few questions as you can see I hope you can help me.
