    Getting Google PR back.

Is there any way of getting Google PR back, if it completely loses it's rating?

Would have to see the site and whether you are using redirects of just have no one linking to you.

As long as you develop good backlinks, it should return unless you are doing something that Google disapproves of, like mentioned above, redirecting your sight someway that Google doesn't like.

You will need natural quality links over time to maintain PageRank. Older links may deteriorate over time and you may not have the same PR with the same links, etc.

Spamming Google with thousands of database generated "pages" would most likely ban you and you'll lose the PR.

    Re: Getting Google PR back.

I have a few sites that lost or never got PR.
Some of the reasons I'm familiar with.
    1. New sites with no backlinks,
    2. Some sites I bought here, which used copied material,

Would have to see the site and whether you are using redirects of just have no one linking to you.

This I wasn't familiar with. I have one site, which has numerous pages listed with Google, none or few backlinks, with the main page redirecting to another page; i.e.,
    mydomain.com - redirects to mydomain/subdirectory.

I did this since I was planning on building the main directory, which I never did.

    Is this really a problem.

My main question is regaining PR though. Lets say I fix up what Google didn't like. Will I ever get my PR back?

    Re: Getting Google PR back.

Its not supprising that you lost your pagerank because you are redirecting your domain.com to domain.com/subdirectory and it hardly have any backlinks.

    1) Stop redirecting the domain main page to another page.
    2) Get a few links for the spider to feed on, I would say at least 50 backlinks.

Im sure you will get your domain pagerank back or even a higher one.

Yes, Don't redirect your domain or site to another page unless you really have to do it because it will affect your ranking and pagerank.

It will be really expensive if I host all my domains. Is there any way of redirecting a majority of my domains to pages under a minority of domains that will not affect their Ranking? How about "URL forward" from my DNS server?

Get a reseller account for as little as $30 per month and you can host dozens of names. Some reseller accounts limit the number of domains you can host, others do not.
