Getting my site indexed

I am really battling to get one of my sites indexed and just can't figure out why.

I have a sitemap that gets crawled by google regularly but no pages indexed.
It is a wordpress site.

If anyone can shed some light I would really appreciate it.

Try to put it to your signature. DNForum gets crawled very often and your site will be indexed sooner. If it doesn't get indexed, it may be banned from google in past if you are the second owner of this domain. Just try to give backlinks in forums and other sites. Good luck.

Thanks for that, How do I find out if it is banned from Google and is there a way to get it unbanned?

Seriously, very often means every 15-30 minutes.

Easiest way is to ask forums members to review your site. Will be indexed in 1-3 days.
