    I think their investment in the dark fiber could be due to the fact that have to transfer a lot of data between their data centers and could use a private network.

    The ICANN registration is a little harder to explain.

    bbott, you should really use the real link, and not a link to the guy lifting content from another site and pasting it into his OWN messageboard... One of my pet peeves. Stealing an article, and siting the original publisher as a "source" is a pitiful way of stealing content, as DnJournal can attest to.
