My only concern with that is that it wont be looked at b the search engines properly. With it being a script, surely it'll not read it the same....
IMHO it wouldn't help SEO

I'd suggest you give the forum a visit and read about it... I am a regular over there, it is run by a professional SEO and programmer.
Finally went to a pr6. It appears Google is getting tougher on pr. I will gladly take the pr6 as it seems a lot of my competition dropped from a pr7 to a pr6 ;0)
all my sites have strong pr, all my new websites got PR3/4 with little work. Excited.
Keep getting links, do one way as much as possible, reciprocal is not recommended.

lets all remember that visable PR is quite useless anyways, my search engine traffic has never changed much due to a jump or drop in PR
directory.google.com went to a PR8 which means that DMOZ listed sites are likely to have seen the Google directory link lose PR.
As long as my sites have top SERPs, it doesn't matter if they are a PR3 or PR6. :-D

Great, a network of 30 sites a put on the net over a month ago jumped straight to a PR4
Nice.
But also a domain that I put a site on - about a week ago - went from PR0 to a PR2 - and the name before was parked at sedo?
Don't sound right to me.
Yes, SERPs are more important than PR.
