Well im an editor in dmoz and one of my sites is 4 months in unreviewed for web design/full service LOL!
How bout that?
it depends which cat you choose, make sure there is a editor for it. i got a site listed within a few weeks in dmoz

I got one site listed in 1 month, my others its been over 1 year!!
I have been waiting about 28 months for one of my sites to appear in Dmoz. Do you think its time I should give up hope ??
Dont forgot to give maximum 20 keywords. If more - it will be cancled ... I faced same problem before. Better don't wait for Google and start a reciprocal link exchange page for exchanging links with other web masters.

Sheesh I hate comments like that. Whatever sucks with no explanation.
Do you think you could elaborate a bit and tell us why you think they aren't worth the time? Maybe you have some information that would save us all the headache of applying.
