like 3 years ago i started http://www.alexstenerson.tk/ (very very crappy personal site , i know) and abandoned it but i just went back to it for i dont know why , and it all of a sudden has a pr3!!! HOLY CRAP! It has like no content, i never tried to get people to it. How could it go to pr3??

Since it's your own name, it's not really worth anything in the reseller market. Not to mention, it's a free .tk domain.
OMG the subdomain http://stenerson.t35.com has a pr4!
If i do a permanent redirect with both to alexstenerson.com does that make the .com a pr4? or what should i do?

PR does not mean targeted traffic... who is going to click? What ads will goog server up, I doubt there are advertisers bidding on his name...holy

Wait till they go PR7 - then you can get some real money.
You guys do know that a page rank can be artificially created. I don't do it, but the pump and dumpers and other scam artists do regularly, and they don't like it if you point it out here.
The fake PR domains are always easy to uncover. There are tools that determine the validity of a PR.
