keywords: please feel free

I've done a little experimenting after finding that there are many (33000+) searches a month for the exact keywords 'please feel free'.
Similarly the exact keyword avg search for 'please note that' seems to be around 27000/month.

Besides the question why anyone would register the domains pleasefeelfree_dot_com and pleasenotethat_dot_com -which I did out of curiosity -, is the question: how come phrases like that show up in google keyword tools ?
Is it people entering the phrase somehow in google? robots? l am very curious where this is coming from.
Can anyone shed a light on this?
