MSN / Live slow in indexing lately?

I used to pop to the top of MSN / Live in a few days after submitting a domain but now I can't seem to get listed even after 2 weeks. Example http://www.liposuctionbutt.com (this site has >24 other sites linking to it and 15 are unique)

What is going on, has anyone else experienced this?

Live take upwards of a month to get indexed and start ranking.

Really, that is a long time.
I'm not sure if MSN and Live use the same search engine. They used to be the quickest to index.
