My Webstore and SEO

Well, I have been messing around with seo myself and have tried to pay someone to seo my site I have given him almost 6 months and nothing has happened. I am wondering if something could be done faster or what not. What do You guys recomend I do to get some SEo and ranked high in google before the christmas rush. I currently have around 500 back links and over 1k links in msn and 5 in google. oh yea the site is www.prodigy-airsoft.com

I would recommend some professional SEO.

What are your short and long term goals? (very specifically) In other words, what exactly do you want before the christmas rush? Just an optimized site that converts better in the SEs and brings more traffic?

That's the first question you need to answer before approaching any professional SEOs.

I would like to have better ranking in google. My ranking suffers there. i need that and I will be fine since I own most airsoft related niche words as domain names. However those only produce me with 200 hits a day. I want to get higher to recieve the big reward. Massive amounts of traffic from google.

So basically more traffic from google all other search engines are fine.
