    Does it matter?

    I think you should go for plural as people tend to type in the plural version of a word more than they type in the singular version of a word in search engine queries.

    I think you should have both in meta tags as in some terms people will use singular only and in some plural.

    Search Engines don't care what you put in you meta keywords tags
