Hello

I am looking to publish a press release linking back to my site, hoping that if I submit it in enough places, I will get a bunch of quality links and quotes from news sites.

So far I'm googling for free PR submission, but can any of you recommend any usable PR sites, ones which might even run a PR linking to an article based in an affiliate site?

Also does someone know where I can get a quality journalist E-mail list? free or paid?

How would you recommend doing auto-submission to my press release? is it effective? what about auto-submit software, like here:
