    quick and cheap submission tools

    If I am making a bunch of mini sites what is the best (cheap) submission tool. Besides the free ones. Something with a little power behind it

    Submitting your sites to search engines will take much longer than for it to find you. Once you submit your url they then place you on a waiting list while their spiders goes out and find food (other urls) to feed on. The power is in backlinking and not submissions.
