Ranking for .in names

I started www.premiumnames.in, would you submit to google.in to get better ranking or would you host it on a server in India? Any comments are welcome

I will split your question into 2 parts
a) Submit to google.in
b) Hosting on Indian Server

a) Google automatically indexes the sites and not much effort is required to submit. Google indexing and logic are smart enough to judge the content which also depends on the TLD that it will display in google.in as well (ccTLD smart search engine)

b) It does not matter much on which country server you host. But this remains disputed w.r.t good indexing , performance.
