    SEO training?

Does anyone know of anywhere in the Northeast US that gives in person SEO training? I'm a newbie I have so many questions and need someone to talk to live. I've already started adding keywords in metatags but want to know if I'm on the right track. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

If you have time i would suggest you to try your self

-seomoz.org good but paid worth money

-forums.digitalpoint.com you get answers quickly for your question

choose one niche not too competitive , like if your planing to start a site about "mortgage" ,try to do some keyword study(http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/suggestion and never traget one word keywords at begning like "mortgage"those are reserved for wiki pedia, ebay ,about.com,
instead try some keyword like "bad credit mortgage" highly searched and achievable

-Get an old domain atlest 1 year old domain to not get sandboxed

-Do on page optimization (write metag tags and title )one title per page is prefered ,see that you metnion your main keyword in your title

-update fresh content google like that ,write your own content or Hire some one do not steal content

    -optimise images

-Build links every backliink count but relevant backlinks Give you much exposure to SE ,high Pr link prefered but not must
*Directory submisions (using difftent title and description will be better)
*article submisions (dont submit one article too many site)
    *buying links
    *link exachange
    *press relase
    *link baiting
*try to get .edu and .gov link
*if your is blog get try to increase your authority at technorati.com
*socail bookmarking(dont help much for link building but help to get exposure to your site)
    *posting on forums
    *sig link building
*getting link by sponsoring free plugins, templates
    *avoid spammy links
    -optimise robots.txt

Dont do excessive link building and read seo forum in dp

you page will be on top for sure
