instead try some keyword like "bad credit mortgage" highly searched and achievable
-Get an old domain atlest 1 year old domain to not get sandboxed
-Do on page optimization (write metag tags and title )one title per page is prefered ,see that you metnion your main keyword in your title
-update fresh content google like that ,write your own content or Hire some one do not steal content
-optimise images
