Country: | Sub-Domain SEO Question So I did a little searching around the forum and couldn't quite find what I was looking for. I apologize if this has already been answered - I am definitely not an SEO expert. I have a hosting account over at HostMonster where I have multiple domain names on one shared server. In order to achieve this they create sub-domains under my primary domain, however, they can be accessed like a regular domain. E.G. addondomain.primarydomain.com = addondomain.com My question is - how will search engines view this setup? Will they treat the "addondomain.com" as a separate domain or a subdomain? Also, will I be able to link between multiple add-on domains on my host and get credit for the backlinks? Any advice on this type of hosting arrangement or any better alternative from an SEO perspective, would be greatly appreciated. Best Regards, -Pat
