Anyone have a tool to sumbit numerous url's to Google at once without having to do them all manually?

Trafficseeker is good but very manual.

I just want to be able to add a list of url's and hit submit

I think the main idea of sitemaps is to let google know about all the pages in a single website rather than lots of websites.

Don't think there is any shortcut here.

The only other way would be to get a link from a regularly spidered website to all your domains and google should pick them up.

I just floated around on that site , I didn't find one tool that worked.

Why not just add them to your site map, and call the google monster to check it out. It always check my site with in 4 hours, I think that is the fastest way to get google to add urls if I'm not wrong.

Besides I just tell the google monster to check my site every day, and like clock work it hits my site just after midnight every day. Infact so does MSN, MSN takes more but google gives me more traffic then MSN. I had submit to google, and it take google longer to index them then with the site map.
