Hi,
Are there any tools out there for SEO that will do the following:
Track PR
Track Rankings for certain keywords
Track Traffic
Track Referrers
and make a nice monthly report with all of it?

I think webceo does it but free version has some limitation
Maybe http://www.google.com/analytics/ is enough for your needs
If you have cpanel Hosting make sure to use awstats which is a decent traffic statistics program.
