Question Websitegrader.com - Question?

Alright I heard about a free website http://www.websitegrader.com that will do an analysis of your site. It checks your site for a number of things and then grades it.

During the report it had a section talking about Heading Summary:

Quote:
Similar to how newspapers and magazines use headings and sub-headings to help readers, websites can use special tags in their HTML. These tags not only help human readers read the content, they also help search engine spiders better understand the content on a page and what is most important. It is generally a good idea to use heading tags to help signal to the search engines, what the web page is about.
No headings were found on the web page
So my question is. How can I add or make sure these headings or tags are on my site? What exactly am I looking to add? Thanks guys!
