Country: | will this strategy work I have a domain that is competing for a very difficult keyword with lots of established players, I am interested in ways to tweak what I have done (listed below) this is for a ccTDL -have one (1) high quality domain considered my (MAIN) -purchased (10) good quality keyword domains in the same industry (SECONDARY) and put a custom site at each, they contain a blog, articles and directory information plus a link to the MAIN domain -purchased (60) descriptive keyword domains in the same general industry(TRAFFIC) and put a "SteadyNiche mini-site on each, and point the approximatly 5 mini-sites per domain to the SECONDARY domains so I am only 2 months into this, my MAIN domain is indexewd on google bet is very far down the list any tweaks appreached

DNF$: 2,167 Location: Matthews, NC. U | Make sure your sites are NOT hosted in same C-class ip. It's best to have each sites are hosted in different C-class ip. You may not want to have same whois for all your domains. Perhaps you can use whois privacy service? Concentrate on least competitive keywords first.

Country: | I'm guessing these are mostly .ca's? If so you don't have to worry about the whois stuff unless yours are not under the default protection. Your system will work if you are hosting all three levels on different servers - and then those 60 should really be broken onto other servers as well for the best effect. Guessing also these(60) are duplicate content sites? Link juice won't be as good from those... Keep building links elsewhere - but do it slowly and over time. And it takes time. Keep plugging away and you will start to see results. And as was noted by copper - if you want instant results it may be easier to first target the lower rung keywords.

Country: | thanks copper and whitebark - great info folks - the 60 sites are at hostgator as "AddOn" domains the others are on my vpn. I will look around at the class-c ip I have private whois for the .ca the SteadyNiche sites have different keywords/templates/feeds so there is some uniqueness to them thanks folks

DNF$: 150 Location: jakarta | You Can Well Use Web 2.0 sites to create content and link back with your site than just create another satellite on the web. To me they are pretty much the same.

Country: | SeoHosting.com is a good host offering different c class ips. Its run by Hostgator (great experience with them). You might want to not link all the tertiary sites to the secondary and so on. Mix it up a little. Try and make an actual, complicated "web". Try and keep away from linking each of your site - google will know. |
