As I blogged about two days ago, I am looking to buy a US city .com name, preferably on the east coast. Below are my requirements. If your name doesn't fit all requirements, I won't want it, so please don't even bother submitting it. If you have a truly great name, I will probably pay more than $100,000. PM me if you have one that fits the bill.

Again, if your name doesn't meet the requirements below, please don't waste either of our time. That means no city/state .com names - even if its MiamiFlorida.com or something great like that, I don't want it (obviously I got a lot of names that are similar to that, hence my strong disclaimer):

  • City of 100,000 people or more
  • .com Only
  • City must be on the East Coast of the US (prefer north east)
  • City name can not have Saint or Fort in at, as that can be confusing (St vs. Saint)
  • Must be the full and real name of the city
  • Must have some tourism
  • Household income must be at the US national average or above
  • Domain name must not have been publicly on the market (domain auction or forum or otherwise)
