Perhaps it should be no longer required to explain how much potential buyers have to spend. Imho it is nobody's business, and just stupid because it is normal to set an asking price as near to the budget as one dares to. To price tag things is common and common sense. To ask people what they want to spend looks unnatural to me. Is there a kind moderator to pass this on to DN Staff?
