    This is precisely why wanted threads should have a time limit on them and should automatically close upon reaching that that time.

    If the OP is serious about buying (which this one does not appear to be) then they can start a new thread. In this OP's case, it may be month's before he even finds out his thread was closed.

    Threads like these are such a waste of time on the respondent's side of things and do nothing buy take up space on the forum.

    When checking for "new posts", how many aged threads pop up?
