Register Fly TRIPLE billed me on the US rush and never refunded me the over charges...dozens of messages left, never once a return phone call. I had to dispute the charges with my CC company.
That $2,400 overcharge will prevent me from EVER using ANYTHING Register Fly has to offer. That was very short sighted on their part as parking revenue makes registration revenue pale by comparison.

.
Let me know when they "payout" 175%. When they are up to that, I figure with all their errors and bad service, it might just equal all the other ppc options.
On second thought, skip it, I don't care what they pay out.
Some of you newer guys don't remember when they were asked about addressing the complaints on the various domain forums, their answer was "frankly, we don't give a damn".
Was registerfly related to Dodora? Or am I thinking of a different registrar??

RegFly has aslo charged a bit extra from my CC as well. Though, they were quite prompt with refunding the charges back to my card after I issued a ticket.

Regfly wouldnt unlock my domains and i had to take legal action about 5 years ago.
I would never trust them as far as I am concerened they are registerfly, you register then they fly away with your domain and your money.
I rarely post negative but I do not like/trust these guys at all.

terrible experience here as well with regfly.
Unfortuantely, they were all domains I 'collected' over the years by buyimg them (including from members here).
I not only could not get them out, but on a few domains, I was charged redemtion charge ($200) for each on the day after they expired!!! (what ever happened to redemption period???).
They also happened to notify me that the domains expired, on the day that they expired (no alerts previously). Ironically, a very small amount I did get out of there, they still send me renewal notices.

registerfly is a big fraud - they still owe me money !

80% is a very good percentage, but I myself have had a bad experience with registerfly. Their dns management system was randomly deleting records, and their support technician told me that that was normal. I asked if I could speak to his supervisor, and he told me he was the head supervisor.
I heard from several people that only one guy runs it..Originally Posted by Pleski
That would definitely explain the bad service..
and not to mention, their "fishy" BO service expirefish.com is a scam! can't snap anything even the monitored domain is available to reg. Just a waste of money.
Paradise Philippines I am
I used their service AGES ago.. actually picked up some Ok names back in the day.
But i promptly moved all my domains away from them all the same![]()
