Adsense or DomainSponsor ?

Thinking about throwing some content and a site together. Assuming I recieve 1000+ uniques per month, should I expect to earn more thru a site with adsense/affiliate earnings or am I better of leaving my sites on a parked service like domainhop/domainsponsor/fabulous?

Most of my sites are real estate/mortgage related and I have noticed that most affiliates are paying $20+ for these leads...

THANKS

DomainSponsor is looking for minimum of 100 domains. To get into the Premier program, which is where the higher returns are, you need around 1000 uniques/day. I suggest you try Fab and DomainHop. I think that the services that have no minimum amount of traffic will change that policy very soon, or they will go to 2-tiered programs, where the top tier requires more traffic. Fab will be coming out with a higher tier very soon -- heard this from Fab at TRAFFIC 2004. You need real content on a site to get accepted for Adsense.
