Is it against Google's TOS to redirect traffic from an expired domain to a website with Google AdSense on it ?

If your site has actual content, then you won't have any problems. If you are redirecting someone to a page with Google Ads and nothing else, then that is against Google TOS.
Redirecting traffic would be no different then purchasing traffic with Google Adwords.
The AdSense TOS allow the redirection of traffic to your website, because
this has nothing to do with the AdSense ads themselves. Driving traffic to
your site is absolutely within Google's TOS.

Hope you are having better luck with Adsense than I am. They are pretty tricky with the program. I enjoy bidversiter better. Just my experience.
