Number of publishers might go up, but some older
publishers are switching to Yahoo, and who knows
if others might come out with these types of ads
(e.g.: MSN)
Also, internet traffic is still going up...
More stores are going online and have to advertise...
I could go on, but you get the picture, the key is
just to have the traffic and the right subject on your
pages to receive high paying ad impressions.

I added it to my new site googleadsense.org, but I doupt that it will really be worth it. I'd rather have the pay per click then the 100.00 for a few sign ups.

a buck for a free web browser install -- not bad. i'm not familiar with any other programs offering a similar deal...so why complain?
Buck is fine. Would rather have PPC instead of $100/referral
lol, Google knows all too well how large the click fraud problem is becoming, why would they want to leave themselves exposed to that from another angle.
its not that I object to the 1.00 a download, it is the 100.00 for an adsense refferal. If the user that you reffered switches to yahoo before earning 100, then you earn NOTHING! I woul still use the 1.00 a download though.Originally Posted by mike031

And I THINK you can promote the $1.00 installs on pages with Yahoo text ads, since their terms says you can't have Google text ads. This is different. I am going to find out thougn, because I will be switching to Yahoo soon myself.
