I just got another Google AdSense TOS sign-up screen. It states that there are changes in sections 1-7, 9, 15-17. Can anyone see anything major that changed?
One of the major changes impacting another domain forum in particular (where it is very popular) is Revenue Sharing has been stopped. Here is the quote from the G TOS:
"In addition, You agree that while You may display more than one (1) Ad Unit on each Site Web page, You shall not display any Ad Unit on a page that contains Ads associated with another Google AdSense customer (e.g., Your Web Hosting company), unless authorized to do so by Google or such other AdSense customer, if authorized."
Spent some more time reviewing the new TOS. Perhaps the most intersting change is we can all now tell the world how much we earn from Adsense (previoulsy prohibited).
Quote: "You may accurately disclose the amount of Google’s gross payments to You pursuant to the Program."
Yes - I caught that one. I guess it's good p.r. for them. Makes sense.
