It seems that it cannot understand the domain although I fw it correctly.
When I fw a .com domain stats showed OK ..when I FW a country code domain it shows traffic as unknown and cannot see which domain has traffic.

It's not user error. DomainSponsor seems to count some TLDs as unknown. I've seen this myself but never inquired about it.
Still waiting their answer...and yes seems that their engine does not understand at all for example .nu domains and puts them always on unknown traffic thus no opt.
