    FastClick

Does anyone know what FastClick's criteria are for getting accepted? I have had a number of sites denied.

Read their TOS or whatever. It's on their site.

    Re: FastClick

    These are their basic terms:

    Website Content Specifications

Fastclick does not accept websites that:

    1. Produce, provide or link to:
    • adult content
    • sexual content
    • profane content
    • illegal drugs or related content
    • hate speech or hate graphics content

    2. Engage in, promote or facilitate illegal or legally questionable activities such as pirating, hacking, spamming and infecting

    3. Are hosted by a free service, are personal home pages, provide free URL redirection, or do not own the domain they are under

    4. Are under construction

    5. Sponsor "incentivized clicks," are " pay-to-surf" programs, or use resident desktop objects such as bars and window frames

    6. Use timed banner rotation or other "auto-loading" methods

    7. Consist mostly of forums (chat, message boards, etc.)

    8. Have more than two 468x60 banners per page, or an excessive amount of advertising in general

Fastclick ads are in English only and websites must contain English language content.
Fastclick requires above-the-fold placement (banner must appear within 500 pixels from the top of the browser window)

    Website Technical Specifications

    1. Minimum volume per website: 3,000 impressions per month

    2. Advertising can only be placed on approved root URLs

    3. Only one Fastclick ad code per format, per page view

    4. Fastclick Pop-Under windows cannot be launched from websites that launch more than a total of two pop windows

For Complete Terms & Conditions see the Publisher Agreement

My sites meet all of these requirements.

    Anyone with more specific info.

Fastclick is very picky, you need a well designed, content-rich site to get accepted

Thanks for the reply. Could you give me an example(s), i.e., site(s) that got accepted, from yourself or someone you know. Not a major site.

    Re: FastClick

I am in FastClick and Burst, and I have to say Burst payouts exceed FastClick by a lot - maybe double.

Which is weird because everyone raves about FastClick, and there is not much talk of Burst

Well FastClick is definately raved about, however, I have seen an article which equally raves about Burst. It claims that their catch is, they need something original. I tried them as well to no avail.

Do you mind mentioning which sites got accepted.

    Thanks

Their rates are much lower than Fastclick, Burst, Casale and Tribal. I use them at the bottom of my chain.

nice sites you have there Synozeer

    Re: FastClick

For Fastclick you need unique content and everything.
They hardly accept any new sites.
Traffic should be atleast 100 uniques per day too.

    Regards

    Re: FastClick

Can someone explain why this thread was moved. I stopped getting updates by e-mail. I think the crux of this discussion is Affiliate Networks. Not that it really makes any difference. Just want to know the reasoning.

Gosh. I really wish one of the administrators could answer a simple question. I would like to know in the future what the criterion is for posting in each forum.
