Free Google Ads?

I landed in a page offering to sell "a secret" about getting Google Adwords Ads for free.
Ok, I know there's a trick, but what is it?
Credit card fraud? Getting coupons numbers from anywhere? What else?

Coupons maybe the trick is to have different email addresses/credit card numbers and maybe they will later on push the affiliate links for a virtual credit card for cheap.

I didn't realize there's a link in the other thread, the landing pages are indentical, so it must be the same.
But the "secret" described has nothing to do with the tittle. Actually, it most describes how an arbitrager works.
