    Geographic Clicks

I just read the Business Week cover story, and the question I keep asking myself is, why cant Google or Overture give the advertisers the option to target their ads to the countries they want too? or is this just impossible to do? I would think they would have something like this in place, it makes no sense that an advertiser should have to pay for clicks originating from countries they dont operate in or cant generate revenue from, what am I missing here?

please vote for someone else in 2012 to prove you're not an idiot. Thank you

All I know is that geotargeting is *** very easy *** with Google adwords. Just chose countries and/or cities.

Puzzling. Maybe it takes a yale education, wharton mba, several millions and a bunch of business week journalists to overlook this?

Geotargeting, that's kind of what I thought, Shame on Business week for failing to mention it and slanting the story, although I do believe click fraud remains a major problem.

They definitely do. I own quite a few IDNs, they are all parked at Namedrive, and they serve native ads depending on the region or area they are being viewed from.
