High traffic name with strange search pattern

I recently purchased an adult name with good traffic numbers. But it wasn't getting any revenue and some PPC programs (DS) were barely noting any traffic at all.

After moving it over to SEDO traffic is back up but the top searched keywords on the name are all:

webarchiv

and still 0 clicks.

The traffic seems to be decently mixed from different countries, but now I'm worndering if it is all fake or some kind of weird spider that plugs itself by doing searches. Anyone know?

Re: High traffic name with strange search pattern

Not sure what webarchiv signfificance is but am guessing a lot of the traffic may be due to: image or image hosting traffic, links traffic, free or paid traffic generators, bots, redirected traffic, any of which quickly or slowly went away as time went by, or was not counted by the parking firms or Google.

The above can and does happen with any name in various categories. There are ways to spot that before you buy but only if you have full access to server based stats, preferrably AWstats or Weblizer, but you need complete access to all stats, including referrer logs and date and time.
