Need Advice on Tax Prep Domains

About three weeks ago I registered four tax prep domains. They are presently parked at Sedo. Since 2/1 I have gotten about 60 typeins with 20 clicks. The problem is Sedo is only paying 15-16 cents a click. That is pitiful because I have a pretty good idea which ads are being clicked and they are paying $1.50-2.00 each. What other better paying alternatives exist? I have thought about a PPC template but figure after April 15 these domains might not get as much traffic until next year. Has anyone else had success with similar domains?

Re: Need Advice on Tax Prep Domains

Hi

imo.... sedo does not pay the domainer what other ppc's may pay for the same traffic.

you should move them around to some other ppc's or do a template if you're motivated!

also how do you know, that the clicked ads are paying "$1.50 - $2.00 each"

Re: Need Advice on Tax Prep Domains

biggedon,

Thanks. I don't know for sure. I just have a pretty good idea which ads are being clicked... When I looked at Overture, they are generally bidding $1.50-2.00. But maybe I'm simplifying things too much...

Re: Need Advice on Tax Prep Domains

i have a tax prep domain at namedrive and its does a decent $1.84 RPC so far this month.

as you stated there is a compact window of opportunity so i also yanked it from sedo after seeing the dismal RPCs
