Ppc would be sending the name/traffic to a parking page such as domainsponsor.
Sponsors would be sending the traffic to a site that pays you per signup.
PPC is better in most of the cases.
But, depending on the domain you have and the type of visitors you get, some times it might be better to redirect directly to the sponsor
yup, sometimes it is better to send the traffic to the sponcer
