I have used some ppc services and so far DS is the overall best. DS also appears to be best for US/Canadian traffic.

Having said that there are certain domain categories that don't get best ppc rates at DS (in my experience), so I am trying to find the following to move my domains around:

1. Which 'category' gets 'best ppc rate' with which parking service?

2. What ppc service gives best rates for Asian/Indian traffic?
