You should take advantage of all the choices that you have because there are many places to park your domain this days, try them out for a week each and after that you can come to a conclusion on your own, as to who is better (which service converts more traffic and earns more money) for your domains. Sedo is pretty good if you have the right keywords for you and one thing good about them is that you can pretty much control your own keywords by self-optimizing them whenever you want, as often as you want.
For selling domains... Sedo and Afternic are both proven leaders, but personally I prefer sedo, that is because they are more globalized and that streches the market much further which is really great... More exposure and a broader audience!

It just seems to have a wider client range, and their system works better, except in one are which I posted about in the sedo section of the forum under the negotiations thread.

More exposure and a broader audience! | Essentially, that is what I have done (tested my names at different sites) and report on at my website, www.ppcincome.com . However, when you test your domains at Domain Sponsor, you need to give it more than a week. Your domains automatically optimize at Domain Sponsor, but the process takes anywhere from 2 days to 3 weeks for a domain. So, your portfolio will start to generate income right away, but you will not see the full potential for 3 weeks. Then you need a full week just to get a reasonable sample. In fact, each of the PPC sites that I have tested, I have tested for a minimum of 4 weeks.
The cool thing about auto-optimization (at DS) is that it learns from the websurfers what they are looking for. Sometimes, it is something you never thought of. Sometimes it is more than one thing.
I am in the process of testing DomainHop, but they are still improving their system. So, it could be a couple of months before I report on that one.
Domain Sponsor is working on some improvements that I am not allowed to discuss that will improve income by 50% to 100% over their already high rates of return. I know, because I am on the Beta test and my cpm is up 100%. For Domain Sponsor, you need 100 domains minimum (or some very good name, if fewer than 100 domains) and you need patience.
In my experience, for income, next best is Fabulous.com. They will optimize keywords for you and give you an increased revenue share (75%) for letting them optimize.
If you are focused more on selling your names, then I like Sedo and Afternic. But when names are earning PPCIncome like mine are on Domain Sponsor, I am in no hurry to sell. Sedo has brought me some very good buyers and I know that Afternic has done a good job for some of my friends.
I have a few names that do well on TrafficZ, so I keep them there. I have not tried Afternic PPC yet, but I may check it out later this year. It takes a lot of time and effort when you want to check a large number of names.

| Whom do I contact regarding that? I sent their support and email, but I never heard back from them. I did receive an email from one of the higher ups when I first signed up for a wholesale account (through your site i might add ) .
I would much rather have them spend the time optimizing it, and giving me a higher revenue share. I'm spending way too much time optimizing at the moment.
Thanks!

Thanks! | Keep sending them emails (support@ fabulous.com). They have always been pretty responsive in the past. I think that they have picked up so many new accounts that you just have to be patient.

Just let myself or nathan (nathan@fabulous.com) know if you would like some / all of your domains optimised.
And Howard - you need to get that referrer link up on ppcincome.com - there's some more $$ you missed out on.
Cheers

So I'd say at DS the "full potential" is realized during the initial optimization phase on some domains... you really need to leave domains there for several weeks to see what the income stream will look like.
I got similar results with domain hop. Sedo tends to have steadier income. I definitely prefer domain sponsor due to the link structure (you don't have to submit each domain, just link with your acct id), reliable payments, and good per-click rates. I'm still evaluating domain hop - they seem to have higher per-click rates, but my early results show I'm get fewer clicks than with DS Premier on the same domains.

I know i will get heat on this post cause theres much bias here for sedo but o well i call it like it is. |
