GoDaddy reselling and buy-in rate inconsistencies

Before purchasing a GoDaddy (wildwestdomains) pro-reseller account the other day I was provided this link showing the buy rates:

https://www.godaddy.com/gdshop/resel...y&isc=WWDBRREQ

As you can see, for the pro reseller, the buy rate for .com domains is supposed to be $7.00 and for .info domains $1.50.

But in actuality the buy-rate in my account for .com is showing up as $7.29 and for .info it is $7.49.

I have contact support but have not received a satisfactory explanation.

All the other buy rates are as advertised.

Have other people experienced these kinds of issues with GoDaddy?

Thanks,

doug

I have accounts with: Online NIC, ResellerClub and OpenSRS..appreciate them all for different reasons..however, I mostly use ResellerClub for my domains, and the others only when my customers specifcally ask for them

Hello Doug,

Don't confuse about it. If you decide to sell the .com and .info domains with the promotional prices ( you need to opt for it in your reseller control panel), the buy rate will go down down to $7.00 and for .info domains $1.50. This buy rate will not be activated until you opt in for the promotional prices.

Hope it helps,

Hum

Have you join the http://forum.resellercontrolcenter.com/

That's where most of the new reseller try to get help from the old and experience resellers - good place to learn many thing about reselling business.

Good luck,

Hum
