Talking Resell Domain Name Services - any recommendations?

Happy Sunday (depending on where you are)

I have a domain that I want to repurpose into a site that resells domain registration/hosting etc. Similar to what GoDaddy has (without the 200/yr price tag to get started). Not sure I want the make the investment if it doesn't go anywhere. The site gets traffic that would be nice to use for something this.

Any recommendations?

Also looking to put a full storefront on another domain geared towards programmers. Probably should post that as a seperate thread.

Thanks!

Ok..you are talking about reselling..every big service provider has some or the other fee associated on starting up with them..so practically speaking, avoiding the start up fee wouldn't really be possible..you could always start up as a reseller with a sub-reseller but that depends on how serious your start up is..if this is something very important than go with the big guy for the experienced support you get..if not, look out for small sub resellers who give you the same stuff with no setup fee at all (other than product & service cost)

Providers you could look at

1) ResellerClub.com who I am using ($200 to start up and nothing extra) (Decent Product Portfolio and good support)
2) OnlineNic.com who I am using as well (Low Pricing at a low fee..no ready made website..problems with customer support)
3)OpenSRS.com (Good Platform and Support..pricing is alittle high and a decent storefront)
