Tucows OpenSRS just annonced that as of Jan 9/2003 one year registrations of dot info will be allowed.
A step in the right direction, now if they would spend a little bit of that money they grabbed in the LR1 fiasco, the extension may actually get going.

You might also want to look up some documented .info sales (there is a thread on this site with links). There are dozens ranging from $1,500-$30,000.
