I was experimenting. Did you see these?

I listed BATF.us on EBay, $1, no reserve, no transfer fees, registered until April 2004, and it sold for $47. Should I have shared this news before it closed?

Kermit.us sold for less than $4 (listed with same terms as BATF.us).

And I don't think the buyer was one of us "scavengers." (I'm warming up to that name even though it was used as an insult in the article we are reviewing in another thread.) Is EBay a poor place to scavenge, generally?
