Who ae Qualified to Participate the Contests?

Any of your customers, whose websites URL is .US or .BIZ domain, is qualified to participate the contest.

They only need to send contest submission to your dedicated mail box which you set in advance. The content of contest submission should include their complete name, email address, postal address and telephone number along with their .BIZ or .US domain name and a 50Â¡Âª100 word essay describing why .BIZ or .US is the choice for their online business. All essays must be submitted in English.

How Do Resellers Participate?

Confirm your intent to participate in "Best Of .BIZ", "Best Of .US" or both by sending an email to denise.henning@neulevel.biz by 5:00 p.m. (EST) on Friday, August 16, 2002.

Set up a dedicated email box, for example,
bestofbiz@yourcompany.biz or bestofus@yourcompany.us to receive contest submissions from your customers. (Consider separate email boxes for each contest.)

Publicize this contest with the banners and email text attached.
As entries arrive, keep a running list of all the .BIZ and .US URLs you collect.

Finally, send the list(s) you've compiled to bestofbiz@neulevel.biz or bestofus@neustar.us by October 4, 2002. The sites will be reviewed by the judges and Neustar will notify you if you or one of your customers have won the contest.

The Criteria to Select the Winners

All entries will be judged by a panel of judges based on the following criteria to select the winners.

Usability: How easy is it for a visitor to navigate the site. Are all segments of the site clearly identifiable and easily reached.

Content: To what extent is the information presented in a concise and engaging fashion.

Design: To what extent do visual treatments, color schemes, etc. aid comprehension? Is the site free of clutter

Overall impression of the Website to the end user.

Essay: To what extent do the benefits set out in the registrant's testimonial make a compelling case as to why .BIZ or .US was chosen as the top-level domain in which the name was registered.

IÂ´m attending on this contest. I hope you vote for me.

My website is called:
"EVERY.BIZ - The Internetportal for every Business"
http://www.every.biz/

ItÂ´s a multilingual international website (english/germen)
and the brandnew idea was to share domains / categories
with banners. More then 300 domainnames pointing directly into the categories of every.biz e.g. if you enter handhelds.biz
the handhelds category will be called, if you enter
casinoonline.biz the games category will be called, if
you enter onlineshop.biz the shopping category will be
called, wlan.biz jumps directly to the category network etc.

In each category there are 12 banners which shares the
category / domainnames.

I have used the .biz extention for my portal because .biz
is the best extention because it is part of my slogan
"EVERY.BIZ - The Internetportal for every Business"
and the domainname is very short and easy to remember.

Not bad use of a .biz name, capalizing on the "every" word in conjunction with dot biz.

couple of suggestions: Lose the girl on your home page. If you want a girl find one conducting "business" e.g On the phone, or shaking hands with someone.

second suggestion: Instead of: "The Internetportal for every business" It should be "The Internet Portal for Every Business"...

"Internet" & "Portal" are two separate words.

Anyways, good luck to you. Always nice to see a dot biz like yours up and running.
